Four Bridges Country Club differs from most traditional private clubs because it has No Initiation Fees, No Monthly Spending Minimums and No Assessments.  Dues, which are typically charged monthly at many private clubs, are billed annually at Four Bridges Country Club.  The benefits are obvious, No Expensive Up Front Capital Outlay, No Waiting List for Part ional Refunds of Initiation Fees if you are transferred or terminate your membership, No Forced Dining at the Club (we hope you will come because you enjoy the food and service) and finally No Costly Assessments for maintenance and improvements.  Four Bridges Country Club offers world class facilities and service plus a simple, straightforward and affordable membership plan—tremendous value to you, your company and/or your family.

Will there be a specific limit on the number of membership sold?

Four Bridges Country Club will establish a wait list based on demand.  Our criteria for controlling the number of memberships sold will be based on activity levels rather than on a fixed number of members.  We will accurately monitor the rounds of golf, golf play patterns and dining room activity to determine the usage levels along with the wear and tear on the facilities.  Our goals coincide with our member’s goals – to operate a financially viable private Country Club that is maintained to the highest standards and maximizes service to its members.
